All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at craftylis@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. If a return is needed, CraftyLis will cover the return shipping cost.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
